We will accept most exchanges or returns within 30 days, but please contact us first. We strive to make your shopping experience the best possible! Our email is: info [!at] myoutdoormom.com. If an item is damaged while shipping, let us know and we will contact the postal service and work with you to make sure you receive what you ordered in excellent shape.

We accept Paypal, money orders and checks. Items will not ship until payment is received.

Shipping

We ship via 1st Class United States Postal Service (international shipping, too). International shipping does not include insurance or tracking. If you want either of those, please convo me before you order so that I can set up a reserved listing for you with the higher postage price.

If you live in the Chattanooga, TN area and wish to meet me near Hamilton Place Mall, I would be more than happy to meet you and save you shipping costs (they will be refunded to you).
