星 5 個のうち 5 個We absolutely love our sign!! This is solid wood and beautifully carved with care. The seller emailed us several times during the process and sent photos. I even asked for a last minute change and she was so sweet about it. Jumped right on my request and it turned out perfectly. Seriously, this is a solid, heavy, well made sign. The hardware is great quality. I feel like this was worth every penny - and I am a penny pincher, so that says something!

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations as each item is made specifically for the individual at the time of order. However, we will do everything possible to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Wood information.
Wood is a natural material, and each piece has its unique grain patterns. Stains and finishes may vary slightly due to wood properties and picture lighting. We use high-quality premium new solid wood.
The Difference between hand carving and CNC or laser.
Hand carving is a traditional technique where we use only tools to shape and carve the wood by hand, creating a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) is a technology that uses computer software to control a machine to carve the wood resulting in precise consistent shapes and carvings, meaning each one is exactly that same.
We believe that hand carving adds a personal touch to each piece, making it unique and special.
We also appreciate the craftsmanship and skill that goes into hand carving and we want to support traditional techniques.
Hand carving takes longer to make than CNC or laser items because they require more hands-on, time, and effort to create, however, we believe that the results are worth the time
What if I receive a damaged or defective item
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
