Non-personalized items will be refunded (minus shipping and handling fee) when they have been returned to me and in my possession. Customer is responsible for shipping the item and fees associated with shipping to me if returning the item for a refund.

Charms are hand stamped using individual letter, number and symbol stamping tools, therefore no two are exactly alike. Letters, numbers and symbols may not be perfectly straight or aligned properly, and spacing may vary. This adds to the charm of your custom piece and should not be seen as a defect, but as a one of a kind item, no two are alike.
