We love doing custom and personalized orders. Please let use know your request when ordering. Proofs are usually sent within 2 - 3 business days of ordering via Etsy messages. Up to 3 proofs can be created for personalized artwork. Additional proofs may incur additional charges.

If we don't hear from you within a day or two, we will email you using the email on your order. To avoid any delays in your order, please respond promptly.

While I cannot provide gift wrapping, I am more than happy to include a gift card.

Susan Newberry Designs sells prints (framed and unframed), canvas wall hangings, gallery wrapped canvases (framed and unframed), and framed canvas prints. Please be sure to read the description carefully so that you know exactly what you are ordering. Any print can be upgraded to a canvas or framed canvas print.

Most standard print orders (non custom) ship within one to two days of ordering.

If you are requesting a personalized print, please check Etsy messages for a proof. Proofs take 2 - 3 business days. At busy times of the year, that time may be extended.

If you do not respond to your proof, we will attempt to contact you via the email provided on your invoice. If we cannot reach you after 10 business days, your item will ship as is.

Canvases are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 5 business days after approval. (As a courtesy to my customers who want their canvas even quicker we offer an option to order rush production to ship in 2 days). Contact us if interested.

Most prints ship via USPS. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times as these are generated by parcel services. Once your order ships, it is in the care of the courier or postal service. If your shipment is experiencing difficulties, please check with them and request tracking updates. If you need further assistance, message us and we will try to resolve the issue.

Large prints (18 x 24 and larger) canvases and framed prints ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

All shipments outside the US are via First Class International Shipping and can take anywhere from 10 days to 4 weeks.

Delivery times are not included in our turnaround times provided.

Priority Mail is the United States Postal Service's standard air service. Packages usually arrive to their domestic destination within 1-3 business days, depending on how far the package has to be delivered from its origin. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is not a guaranteed service, so packages may be delayed (usps.com).

Most prints are printed on Epson Ultra Premium Luster heavyweight paper using Epson UltraChrome Hi-Gloss 2 Pigment Ink that will last under glass for over 200 years. Your print will be archival, water-resistant, and fade-resistant. Our watercolor prints are printed on fine art paper. If you prefer a matte finish, just let us know.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all computer monitors are the same and colors and contrast may vary slightly from actual prints.

Since each item is printed at the time of ordering, we do not accept refunds or exchanges, so please purchase seriously. All personalized designs are approved by the customer before they are printed and shipped. For that reason, if you are not satisfied with your design, the proof must not be approved. No refunds are given once work has begun. If you no longer want your item we will charge a design fee and credit the difference. Design fees vary from $20 - $50 depending on what you have ordered.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days so we can remedy the situation. Please provide pictures of the damaged item and the the packaging.

Yes, personalized prints (a print that has a name or date) is available to purchase as a digital file. Just ask.

Lo-res images have around 72-pixels, or squares of color, per inch (ppi). This makes them great for the web because that is all your computer screen will display.

Hi-res images are at least 300 ppi. This resolution makes for good print quality.

How do I know what my photo is? Divide the pixel size (dimension) of the image by the resolution (300 ppi) to get the maximum print size in inches. So, if your image is 2,000 pixels in length at 300 ppi, then you can print it up to six inches or so (2,000 divided by 300).

Please note that Facebook and other social media images are NOT high resolution.
