October 1, 2021 The policies set forth below will apply to my shop, swirlingorange11.etsy.com:

Any purchase made from my shop by someone checking out as a guest will be immediately refunded. For the most part, buyers on etsy are the most fab people on earth, but there are exceptions. Etsy has changed their site structure to drop shops from search by anything less than 5-star ratings. Personally, I do not care about stars, I am more concerned about my customers being happy with their purchase. I have had some unscrupulous and nasty competitive buyers who have bought low cost items just to leave less than five stars, ugh. For this reason these policies are put in place.

By purchasing from my shop, you agree that you HAVE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING ALL THE WAY TO THROUGH and have read the entire listing all the way down before purchase and agree to THESE POLICIES of my shop, as well as fully acknowledge the possibility of delivery delays due to USPS overload/holiday season.

Etsy's estimated delivery dates/times are completely out of touch with the reality of the shipping season & carrier's estimated dates. If you need something immediately, please write me, I will ship overnight/expedited for an adjusted shipping rate.

I DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR RETURNS except under very very specific circumstances where what you have purchased is drastically and grossly different from what is pictured AND DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING. If this happens, you are REQUIRED TO CONTACT ME BEFORE LEAVING A REVIEW so that I can resolve your issues.

NOTE that if you, the buyer and I the seller, agree to a return/refund/exchange, a 25% STOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST any refund AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED unless there is a a case filed with the USPS in which they will refund your purchase.

PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY to resolve any potential issue with your purchase. IF YOU FILE A CASE with etsy or you leave sub par feedback, my hands are tied in helping to resolve your issue immediately and we are both held to etsy's and the USPS's time lines which are extended to approximately 3 to 4 weeks resolution.

If you have an APARTMENT ADDRESS, your purchase is confirmation that you are fully aware that "porch pirates" exist, the possibility of your purchase not arriving due to an item being left at an insecure location does not hold the seller liable, and you agree THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE POLICIES.

I ship the day after payment is cleared by Etsy. If this is on a weekend, your item will be shipped the following Monday. If Monday is a federal holiday where the USPS is closed, your item will be shipped the next day following any federal holiday. Once your item is IN THE USPS SYSTEM I HAVE NO CONTROL as to whether your delivery will arrive on time. If you scroll down these policies, you will see a link to sign up for informed delivery with the USPS which allows you to track your package, change delivery addresses and leave delivery instructions. I have no access to this, once your package is in the USPS System. Please read this ENTIRE SECTION and ask all questions prior to purchase.

I apologize for the above, but Etsy and selling on line in general has made it impossible to do business without specific instructions. Etsy has made this section of each shop nearly impossible to find to add confusion and frustration to both buyers and sellers, so I am explicitly providing a link to this section in each listing. Please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS on Etsy ,Pay Pal or payment method you are using, before purchase as I only ship to verified by USPS addresses.

If you purchase from me, and discover your address is incorrect, but the item has already been shipped. You can sign up at USPS.com for informed delivery and change delivery options. I also suggest notifying your LOCAL post office of the package that was sent to the wrong address.

If you do NOT receive your item, I do not offer refunds. If the item is returned to me, and you still want it, you will have to repay shipping costs.

If the item is returned to me, and you decide you do not want the item back, you will receive a refund MINUS original shipping & MINUS a 25% restocking fee

Shipping Costs are the number one question asked. I have shipped all over the world for more than 10 years and shipping costs have nearly tripled since I began. I only ship priority mail as it is the only way you are assured to receive your package.

I insure every item I ship, regardless of item cost, often at my own expense, to assure you will receive a refund THRU the USPS should there be an issue with your item, broken and/or non delivery.

Many Big Box websites have made it appear that shipping is optional by offering FREE shipping. The shipping costs are always included in the item cost in some fashion, so there really is NO free shipping. I will always ship the most cost effective way going Priority w insurance.

Please note that I will work with every buyer to assure they receive what they believe they are purchasing but it is the responsibility of the buyer to ask ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASE. If you purchase by just looking at the pictures, you may miss important information in the written portion of the listing, for this reason I ask you to read the entire listing as I do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds as stated above in detail.
