1. All templates in this shop are pre-printed to check the colors and readability of the text. Always test print ensuring the text and sizes is to your likings.

2. The monitor colors and prints may vary slightly, run a test batch ensuring the color/s is to your likings. Color document mode RGB is the best option for home printing.

3. To make double-sided printing, select the appropriate option in the settings of your printer.

4. Use the real size of the print to get high quality printing.

5. Choose "best quality print" in the settings of your printer. The page will print slower, but all the small details will be saved and printed.

6. Use a ruler and cutter instead of the usual scissors when cutting business cards.

.Zip is an archive, which contains files. If you want to open the archive, you need a special program, such as 7-Zip. This program is free and you can download it at this link: http://7-zip.org
After installing the software, just double-click on .zip file and select "extract".

All the items/files that is sent (except web files: FB, IG, Snapchat, etc.) have a high resolution of 300DPI. If your files have a low resolution and blurry text, then it was saved incorrectly.

When a file is sent to your email or Google Drive, please use the "download" button instead of "Save as...".

Q: Do I need to buy a special black paper?
A: No, printer inks are translucent base and on the black paper they will not be seen. So you should use standart white paper. Since these designs involve high consumption of ink, it is recommended using a professional printing services like, VistaPrint. This is the most popular service, so most of my products are already configured for printing there.
Q: How can I write on the black paper?
A: There are white markers and white gel pens available. You can use any that you like best (permanent, acrylic, gel, etc.).

Changes or revisions after final proof will require a 24-48 hour turnaround.

Final items will be saved in Google Drive for easy access. A folder link will be sent via convo AND emailed to your email address associated with your Etsy account. Saved items will be deleted after one year of receiving your items due saving new storage capacity for new clients. Please download all items within one year. If a revision needs to be made after one year, please purchase a new item instead.

Due to the nature of these designs, absolutely no refunds will be given on custom designs once work has commenced on the project as the preset cost is calculated based on the time typically taken to design and not the actual design.

Refunds will also not be given on pre-made items if you do not like how your business name looks after you purchase.
