To find sizes for bridal bouquets and bridesmaids bouquets please read the items details, all the bouquets will have all the details in this section. The bouquets are measured from the outer edge of the foliage.

If you are wanting changes, color or flower substitutions please message us before you place the order so I can let you know if it’s possible and send you photograph of the substitution for coordination. Please don’t just order an item and then add a note saying add extra flowers or change a flower, we appreciate you reaching out before the order is placed.

Unfortunately we do not offer custom orders.

We pack all our items securely to avoid movement during transit, all bouquets are wrapped in tissue paper and padded to protect them. We use UPS, USPS and Fed Ex depending on the size of the order and all orders have a tracking number. We insure all items to cover damage or loss during transit. The insurance does not cover stolen or damages that occur after delivery.
If you are needing faster shipment we do offer priority and priority express shipping that can be purchased at checkout.

All of the wedding flowers are either covered in tissue paper or in smaller boxes. Once you receive your items and have looked at them, re wrap in the tissue paper (make sure the leaves are not folded over when you rewrap) and place back in your box and store in a cool dark space away from direct sunlight. The beauty of silk flowers is that you can keep them for years to come.

Each listing has the current processing time and estimated delivery time and we always ship by the date listed to see this just click on shipping under each listing. The beauty of silk bouquets are that you can keep them and not have to worry about wilting. As wedding season approaches in the spring, our order processing time gets longer as we have more orders to fill. Each listing has the correct and current processing time.
We do offer a few pieces that are ready to ship with 1 week processing time for small elopement style weddings.

We try our very best to accommodate as many orders as possible, however it is not always possible so please message us before you place your order if the expected delivery date in the listing will not arrive in time. If we can accommodate we can expedite your order for an additional fee.

We do send a sneak peek photograph before shipment of bouquets and centerpieces as we want you to be happy with your flowers.
Very small changes can be made at this point. If changes such as main flowers and foliage are needed an additional fee will be required.
Ribbon changes could also result in an additional charge as adhesive is used to secure them.
We do ask you to respond to the photograph, if we receive no response after 48 hours we go ahead and ship your items.
Due to high order volume we no longer send out photographs of just boutonnière, corsage and cake flower orders unless it is requested in the personalization box.

All of our flowers are artificial and are made from high quality silk or the new hybrid silk called real touch.
Our shop specializes in making your bouquets look as realistic as possible. Silk flowers are more durable, no need to worry about wilting and bruising and the best part is you get to keep them forever.
