Yes, you can use the template on your tablet as long as you have a PDF annotation app such as;

-GoodNotes, Noteshelf, Notability (iPad)
-Xodo, Noteshelf for Android (Android / Windows)

You will be able to import the PDF files onto these apps and then you can either type or use your stylus pen to handwrite.

You can always download your files at your Account - Purchase (https://etsy.com/your/purchases).

You will also have received an email from Etsy with your own unique download link, so please make sure to check your inbox or spam box.

Please note, at this point, the Etsy app won’t allow you to download the files through the app. I recommend using web browsers such as Chrome or Safari.

Mac
– Double click on the zip file
– Done

Windows 7 and 10
– Right-click on the Zip file and choose “Extract All”
– Choose a location for the folder to be extracted into
– Keep the “Show extracted files when complete”, unchecked
– Click on the “Extract” button to start the extraction
– This folder is now your working copy of the Zip file
– You may delete or keep the ZIP file

Windows XP and Vista
– Double click on the zip folder
– In the window that opens, click on the “Extract all Files” link
– The “Extraction Wizard” will open, click “Next”
– Choose a destination for your unzipped folder
– Click “Finish” to complete the download
– This folder is now your working copy of the Zip file
– You may delete it or keep the ZIP file

You can fill in the PDF simply by:

1. Open PDF in Adobe Reader (Free)
2. Type in the ‘blue’ boxes
3. You can not change fonts, sizes, and colors.
4. You will get the link to download the font.
5. You can then either save or print out as-is.

Please note the ‘blue’ boxes won’t come out when printed.

Select Actual Size or Scale to 100% under Page Sizing & Handling

For manual Duplex Printing, print the Odd Pages first and then flip the printed paper and put it back in the paper tray before printing out the Even Pages

Print out as many as you want from your home printer. Please assure that colors may vary depending on your monitor, device, and printer.
