I am in love with this shelf! I'm in a townhouse, so we only have windows on two sides of the house. This shelf allows me to take advantage of my limited light while not blocking the whole window with a bulky plant stand. There were no directions, but it was pretty intuitive and I got it installed with no problems. I've gotten several compliments from colleagues who can see it in my zoom background.

Super fast shipping, great quality and excellent after sale customer service! I wasn’t able to install it on my window at first because the brackets that came with the window perch were slightly too thick for my window. I contacted the shop for advise and they offered to ship me new brackets! I just received the new brackets today and installed on the window perch - they work and now I’m able to close my window! The perch works perfect as an extension to the window sill. 10/10 recommend this shop!

The shelf is perfect. I’ve had problems with other cat shelves not fitting in my window but this is perfect. Fits securely and I can close my window and lock it. I didn’t think I’d be able to do that and asked the seller to send the hardware to screw it in just in case and they did! Luckily I didn’t need it. I will likely be buying more for other windows in the house.
