Are you struggling with space planning or the layout of your room? Tired of trying to figure out the perfect furniture arrangement all by yourself? If so, I'm here to help you figure out all the details!

Whether you need help with your living room, bedroom, office, bonus room, or another space, I'll create two different scaled floor plans so you'll know exactly where every piece of furniture should go. Don't have all the furniture pieces yet? No problem! I'll figure out the ideal shape and size, so you know what you should shop for.

PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for one room. If you have an open concept space, please contact me prior to checking out. Additional fees will apply. If you need help with your entire home (more than 3 rooms), please message me, and I'll create a custom listing with a bulk discount.


HOW IT WORKS:
1. Check out to secure a spot in my calendar. Once I receive your order, I'll contact you and send you a link to a questionnaire.
2. Fill out the client questionnaire and tell me about your space. You'll also send me photos of your space along with all the important dimensions so I can accurately plan your space.
3. Once I receive your client questionnaire, I'll send a follow-up email with any further clarification or questions I have. Of course, if you have any questions along the way, you can email me at any time.
4. I'll come up with two different floor plan options for your space. The floor plan scenarios will also include dimensions and styling ideas for any blank walls.
5. After I send you the first two preliminary floor plan ideas, you'll review them and give me your feedback.
6. Next, I'll make revisions to one of the floor plans in order to finalize the layout for your space. (There will be two rounds of revisions. If more revisions are needed, additional fees may apply)
7. After revising the floor plan for your space, I'll send you a final floor plan with all the ideal dimensions of furniture pieces. I'll also include some styling suggestions for blank walls and notes.


TIMEFRAME:
Approximately one week from start to finish.
