Since I make every set to order, processing time can take 2-4 weeks prior to shipping. However, your order is of the utmost importance to me and so is your learning. I will strive to get your order out in the most efficient and shortest time possible.

At this time I do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective when received by the buyer. Just reach out with a message and photo of the defect upon delivery (per tracking notice date) and I will strive to make it right for you!

I do allow for color requests for everything but the mnemonic cards! Your favorite color is what I'll use 😊 Just be sure to make that request upon placing your order.

I come from a family of pharmacists and I myself have worked in a pharmacy for many years. The pharmacists I have networked with often review my content for currency before I list it. In addition to this, I’ve used Epocrates, clinical Pharmacology, Davis Drug Guide, and Mosby’s as supplemental resources to the hundreds of drug cards I had to make during my own program. Every resource besides Mosby’s is frequently kept up to date and the version of Mosby’s I use is from 2021. I start every medication card resource with Mosby’s and review it for currency with the other resources.

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.

We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.

If you're unsure if you've purchased a Digital Item, you can always go back to the listing page. If it is a digital download, you should see an "Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

Our physical sets of flashcards are no larger than 3”x5” and easily fit in the palm of your hand or in your pocket for convenience.

Physical study guides are slightly larger than standard 8.5”x11” printing paper after lamination.

Please reach out to me if you have placed an order that needs to be cancelled. Seller reserves the right to refuse cancellation or impose a 10% processing fee for the cancellation based on the invoice amount.
