Generally, orders are completed and delivered to USPS within 1-2 days of placing your order. During the holiday shopping season, this time range can increase to 3- 5 days (so be sure to shop early!). The time it takes to arrive at its destination is dependent on several variables - most of which are out of our personal control - how far is it shipping? Are there postal delays in local or regional hubs? Is the shipping address correct? Etsy provides an estimated arrival date for each item in our shop based on order date. You can see this information by scrolling down towards the bottom of the item description. Please note that this is an estimate based on standard shipping rates. Tracking numbers are also provided with every order.

We fulfill customer orders in the order that they come in. However, there ARE a few things you can do if faced with a tight timeline. First, send us a message! It is quite possible that we have the items you wish to order in stock already, which can help to ensure your order ships within 24 hours of placing your order. Secondly, we do offer offer the option of priority shipping upgrades for our customers - be sure to make this selection when you check out! 🏎

🌺Yes! If you would like to order a garden marker with a custom name or phrase, please select the 'Custom' option in the dropdown menu for 'Design'. Under this dropdown menu is a Personalization section where you will enter exactly what you would like displayed on your garden marker. Please note that ONLY what is entered in this field is what will be added to your marker. If you would like a marker to read 'Jane's Garden', please enter 'Jane's Garden' (and not just 'Jane's')

Please note that personalizations are available on our Grandma's Garden and Mom's Garden markers. Personalization is standard on our Pet Garden maker listing.

We know how important it is to teach our children (and fur-children!) to share! 😀If you have more than one pet that will be using the bag, we are happy to add additional names at no extra charge. Please note, however, that due to the fixed size of the bag, we may need to shrink the text to make sure it will all fit for you. If there is ever a concern about how the layout appears (on your end or on ours), we will send you a mock-up before creating the final product. Please understand that sending mock-ups have the potential to cause processing delays as will need to await confirmation from you before proceeding to create the bag.

Our most popular items (backpacks, garden markers & several towel designs) sell out faster than we can keep them in stock...& we restock them quickly as well. In these instances, we update what is available for purchase within a day or two

Occasionally, we are dependent on 3rd parties for supplies needed to make our items. Due to the ongoing impact of the worldwide pandemic, sometimes there are lengthy backlogs for some of our supplies. While we strive to always have plenty of everything we need on hand, in rare instances, we are dependent on these third parties before we are able to restock.

Lastly, we do occasionally discontinue items - these will not be restocked.

When you add an item to your cart, there is a checkbox you can select that says 'This order is a gift'. When this checkbox is selected, a second checkbox is displayed that says 'Add gift message for free' - this is where you can enter your specific message for the recipient. Make sure you include the To and From names so the recipient knows who sent this this AWESOME gift!

Gift receipts include information on how to contact us if there are any questions or concerns, but do NOT include any pricing information.

‼️ Also, when sending a gift, make sure to double check the shipping address! Make sure that you have provided the address for the recipient (it will often default to the address of the gift-giver).

We are always happy to review any specific requests that our customers have. The first step is to send us a message. Often, we CAN accommodate the request. The more specific you can be with your request, the better. Is there a certain font you would like? Specific designs or images? Do you have a specific timeline? We will then evaluate if we have the skill and capacity to create what you are envisioning.

If we are able to create a custom piece for you, we will create a custom listing (which will include the mutually agreed upon details) for you to purchase. You will receive a notification when your custom listing is available for purchase. Once purchased, we will begin to create your one-of-a-kind item!
