PREPARATION: Preparation time is 1-3 days depending on the amount and type of items ordered. All of my pieces are handcrafted in my home studio.

PACKAGING:
each order is beautifully and securely packed in packaging depending on the season.

DELIVERY: All orders are shipped from Tarragona, Spain, by CORREOS Spanish post. I ship Monday through Friday. Orders are packed in protective postage bubble envelopes.


DOMESTIC DELIVERY: I ship CORREOS on all domestic shipments. It usually takes about 2-7 business days. This shipping method is one of the cheapest but WITHOUT a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: All international orders are sent according to the international standard by Spanish mail CORREOS.
This usually takes around 5-14 working days for Europe and 15-30 working days for the rest of the world. This shipping method is the least expensive but WITHOUT a tracking number. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Sometimes it may take a little longer due to the work of your country's postal service. Weekends and holidays are not included in delivery times.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
A mistake on my part will be refunded 100% along with all shipping costs. If you would like to return an item after you receive it, you can do so. The shipping cost is paid by the buyer. Once I receive the item in its original condition, I will refund you the item price minus shipping and 10% Etsy + Paypal / credit card fees.

STORAGE OF PRODUCTS:
Silver-plated parts can tarnish if they are exposed to moisture for a long time or when they come into contact with alcohol-based perfumes. To prolong the life of your jewelry, store your jewelry in a dry place, and do not spray alcohol-based perfume on it.
