I have the original white die which I still love, but I love this one even more. I wasn't expecting it to be this big, but because it's big it has a nice heft when you roll it. Also, the color is gorgeous in person, the pictures don't do it justice. The white die is definitely very useful, but this one is a great artifact to own.
This little piece of imagination is fantastic! The dice quality is excellent and I love the way it helps with solo TTRPG play (especially with playing such things as Mothership and MausRitter). The only thing I would improve would maybe be to have the lettering engraved instead of printed, to make it a little easier to read for those with bad eyesight. That being said, it works perfectly for me! Oh, and shipping was speedy!
The first thing that surprised me about the Fate Mill V2 was how it sparkles. There is a glittery marbling that changes between blue and purple depending on how light hits it. Photos don’t really do it justice. The second thing that surprised me about the V2 was its size. It’s a large die, but it feels good in the hand. I find I like holding and turning in my hand while I game. The text is etched into the die, and it uses an easy to read font. Telling what number it rolled, or reading it’s answer to a question, is easy. It is very satisfying to roll, and I’ve found myself using it as a normal d20 in addition to using it as an oracle when I play games that use a d20. If you want a die to give you answers to questions, both for rpg playing or creative endeavors, the Fate Mill V2 is as good as it gets.
First I would like to thank the shop owner for the note addressed to me 🖤 I felt that my purchase was truly appreciated. I purchased this dice because I read charms and tarot. Your dice is the perfect addition because you can be compared to the major arcana. Though it only goes to 20 tarot major arcana only goes to 21 ( the world 🌎) but that card usually symbolizes completion so I can do without it. I'm going to try it the way the instructions suggested as well because I'm open minded. I see real potential in them for divination 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
