All of our items leave us and arrive with you beautifully presented, making them an ideal gift. If requested, We can also pop a message in too if you’re sending directly to the recipient.

If you’re ordering several items, unfortunately, Etsy does not know how to calculate the correct shipping.
So please be assured that when we get to packing and dispatching your items, the overpaid shipping will be returned to you via the same way you paid ✨🦋🌻

If for any reason you’re Not happy with your purchase?
Just send it back to me in the same condition as received.

Buyers have the right to return their purchase /change of mind/ for a refund for up to 14 days from day of delivery.
Returned Item must be in the same condition as it was when received on delivery.

This 14-day period will start the moment a customer receives a product, rather than at the time of purchase.

Faulty items : If it is possible to exchange and replace the item I will gladly do so.
If I cannot replace it, I will refund once the item has been received back to us.

If the item is damaged a full refund including postage will be given.

If it is a change of mind return, and not faulty, paid postage is not refundable
