Please be aware that production time varies with each custom order - most custom orders are being shipped within 1 week of purchase, but in some cases processing time may take up to 2 weeks or more.

We personalize our items by various techniques such as embossing, engraving, etching, etc. Embossing is creating a relief surface on the glass by adding embossing glass powder that is baked at very high temperature for durability. We do embossing on the glass reservoir or on the glass stem. Engraving is cutting into the glass surface by creating depth. We do engraving only on the glass stem.

We ship our items with regular mail, unless otherwise specified. All shipping times are estimated and vary depending on destination, as follows:
- Canada: 2-5 weeks
- United States: 2-5 weeks
- Europe: 1-4 weeks
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-5 weeks
- Asia Pacific: 2-5 weeks
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-5 weeks

Yes. In case you need to speed up your shipment delivery, you can purchase a shipping upgrade for express delivery. Express delivery takes between 5-6 business days depending on the delivery location. In you need a shipping upgrade, you can choose that option before check out or convo me and I will send you a link.

No. Bulgarian Post regular mail does not include the insurance in the shipping fee. If you would like to add a shipping insurance, please let me know before you check out so that I can send a link with the respective insurance fee for your item. We do recommend insurance on all international packages.

Yes, we do. Customer experience is our top priority, so if for some reason you want to return or exchange an item please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package and we will come up with the best solution to resolve the problem. If you prefer a refund, I will issue a refund, once the item is shipped back and it is in its original condition.

Please be aware that once the items are personalized, they can not be returned or refunded.

In the event that you receive an item that is damaged, please convo me within 5 business days. Send me a picture of the damage and keep all packaging as proof of the damage. I will be happy to send you a replacement item with standard shipping. In case you need it urgently, you need to order a shipping upgrade.

In case there is a delay on your order, please let me know immediately and I will contact the carrier to investigate the issue.

Please note that items sent with standard shipping may be transferred between more than one hub in different countries and due to that tracking information may be unavailable. Once entered their destination country parcels’ movement is again visible.
If a shipment is delayed, this doesn’t automatically mean that your package is missing.

All wedding glasses offered by WeddingBay are painted with high-quality, non-toxic materials and are baked for durability. However, in order to maintain the appearance of your flutes, we do not recommend washing them in the dishwasher. Hand washing in soapy, warm water with a mild detergent is the suggested manner in which to clean the glasses.
