Sterling Silver, Cubic Zirconia, Zirconium oxide

Stacking rings are my favourite accessories from this season's trends – I love mixing and matching my rings for a different look every day! What you see pictured here is my favourite ensemble: Three colours of cubic zirconia on three slightly different bands, for a unique and harmonious look.

All of these rings are completely handmade from sterling silver (925‰). The two 4mm cubic zirconias (clear & pink) are set on thinner bands – one smooth and one hammered – while the 3mm stone (purple) sits on a slightly wider band, creating an interesting contrast between the colours and rings. They are all polished to a high shine to complement the sparkly stones.

Cubic zirconias (zirconium oxide) are often known as “diamond simulants” because they are very hard lab-created stones with wonderful clarity, brilliance and fire. I like to use them in my designs because they add a touch of eye-catching sparkle without the ethical and financial worry. They are also available in many bright colours, so if you'd like these rings with different stones, please let me know and I will create a special listing just for you!

Every piece I make is hallmarked with my own unique mark (a tiny rose and my initials). In accordance with French law, this hallmark is registered with the national assay office, which is a guarantee of quality and ensures that the origin of this ring will always be traceable.

You can find out more about my studio and see how I make a piece of jewellery in this video: http://youtu.be/EAsIJxLlUIA

Please feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions or if you have a special piece of jewellery in mind that you'd like to talk about – I'm happy to take custom orders.

* Advice about caring for hand-made jewellery *

Your new jewellery will be beautiful for longer if you treat it with a bit of Tender Loving Care! Here are a few tips:

- Always take rings and bracelets off before washing your hands, cooking, cleaning, doing the dishes or doing any work where they could get caught and pulled.

- Store your jewellery in a dry room at a constant temperature. (Not the bathroom! Humidity, steam and hairsprays can damage your jewellery.)

- Clean silver and silver plated jewellery regularly using a silver polishing cloth. I recommend Town Talk anti-tarnish polishing cloths, which you can find in my shop here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/250238846

- Store each piece in individual ziplock bags (preferably with an anti-tarnish tab) to protect it from tarnishing and to avoid scratches.

- Hair dyes can damage jewellery, so leave your necklaces at home before a trip to the hair salon, and for a few days afterwards.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me through my Etsy shop or through my profile.
