How do I order a custom portrait?

Choose how many pets you’d like featured in your portrait, then select from a digital file, print, framed print, or canvas. Personalize it further by adding your pet’s name (choose from three font styles) and selecting your ideal background color.

How long does it take to complete a portrait?

Each portrait typically takes 2-3 working days to create, illustrated by a real artist—no AI or filters. Need it sooner? We also offer a rush-service add-on.

What if I don’t like the portrait once I receive it?

Nothing ships until you approve the proof we send. You can request revisions to ensure your portrait is perfect. Once you’re completely satisfied and give the go-ahead, we’ll ship your order.

What type of photos should I send for the portrait?

For best results, please provide clear, well-lit photos to help us capture every detail. If you’re unsure whether a photo will work, feel free to get in touch—most of the time, we can use any images you have.

Do you offer digital downloads or physical prints?

We provide several options: a high-resolution digital file for you to print yourself, a physical print, a framed print, or a canvas. Simply choose your preference from the dropdown menu.

We offer a range of sizes, including A5, A4, A3, 8x10, 12x16, and 18x24. Need a size that’s not listed? Just get in touch.

What about shipping time?

Once you approve your artwork, we’ll ship your order if you’ve chosen the Print, Framed, or Canvas option. If you’ve purchsed the Digital File option, you’ll receive a link to download the unwatermarked version after approval. Shipping typically takes around 10 working days once you receive the dispatch notification, although it can sometimes take longer than expected. We ship from the closest print lab to your address to speed up delivery, with printing labs located in the US, UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia.

Can I request a portrait of multiple people or pets?
