What's the paper like?

250 gsm museum-quality matte fine-art paper. Acid-free, FSC-certified, archival inks. The paper is warm off-white — not bright white — so it works in calm Japandi rooms without harsh contrast. The 250 gsm weight is what you'd find in a gallery print; heavy enough to feel substantial, matte enough to read without glare.

Where are the prints made?

Printed to order in the United States by our production partner. Every print is made when you order it — nothing sits in inventory.

How long until it arrives?

3–5 business days for production, then 2–5 business days for US shipping. So roughly one week from order to delivery. International is 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to most countries. Delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Can I get a custom size?

Yes — message before ordering. Standard sizes are 8×10, 11×14, and 16×20. Larger custom sizes are possible at 18×24, 24×36, and 30×40.

What if the print arrives damaged or misprinted?

Message us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll reprint or refund — no shipping back, no questions.

How should I store or display the print before framing?

The print ships flat in a kraft mailer. Lay it flat on a clean surface in a dry, sunlit-but-not-direct space until you frame it. Avoid bending the corners and avoid contact with anything oily. Once framed, hang anywhere out of direct prolonged sunlight to preserve the warm tones.
