Leaving a note in the "note to seller" box upon checkout does NOT qualify as customization. We will ship out your order as it looks on the photos. Contact us PRIOR to placing an order.

Our sandals come in pairs and are measured via standard US shoe sizes. Please refer to a shoe conversion chart to find out which size would be the best for your foot: http://www.shoemetro.com/t-shoe-size-chart.aspx .

When wearing Bare Sandals, please avoid any rough handling, pulling, tugging and throwing the sandals. You may wear them with water, however, please understand that salt water may expedite the tarnishing of some sandals. After contact with water, rinse with lukewarm water, towel dry and let air dry completely. Your sandals may be stored in their original packaging or in a secure box or cloth.

On average it takes anywhere from 1- 2 business days for production. Custom orders take anywhere from 7 - 14 business days, depending on the complexity of your order. We are able to expedite the production of ALL orders. Please let us know your deadline BEFORE placing your order by sending us a message. 99.9 % we will try to accommodate your request.

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. You MUST send us a message with your return or request within 14 days of delivery, however you have up to 30 days to return / exchange your purchase. Please keep in mind that THE BUYER is responsible for the USPS / postal service fee for any returns or exchanges.

Bare Sandals sends out all orders via USPS postal service, unless the buyer and the seller have agreed to use a different service like FedEx prior to purchase.
Once your order leaves our studio, it is completely out of our hands.

Please file a complaint directly with your local post office. They will ask you for a tracking number and sender's name. This information can be obtained directly from Etsy.

If a custom claims that the package was NOT delivered, yet it was marked delivered by the USPS, Bare Sandals is NOT responsible for a refund to the customer due to issues with USPS.
