We have tried our best to accurately display the color of our products online, but all monitors portray color differently. Because of this we cannot guarantee that the products you order will be an exact color representation from the image you see on our site.

Yes, our fabric wall decals are printed one at a time and die-cut right here in our Austin, Texas studio. Our canvases are also individually printed and stretched by hand in our Austin studio, and our One-For-Onezees and hemstitched pillows are machine embroidered from our original designs one at a time from our Austin studio.

We will do everything within our power to ship your personalized order within 3 - 5 business days from the date of purchase. In many cases, your products will ship much more quickly that that, but because we custom-make each order, our turnaround can vary. For international orders, please allow 3 weeks to receive your items, and you may be wonderfully surprised when it arrives much sooner.

Depending upon where you are in the world, your country may have you pay an additional custom fee for your package.

We know you will love our products, but if you find you need to return an item, our goal is to make the return process simple and speedy! You may return any Mej Mej item for a full refund of the price of the item within 30 days of purchase. However, like most stores, we are not able to refund shipping. Please send your items back in the box or mailing tube in which they arrived. Mej Mej will process all refunds within 48 hours of receipt of returned goods by refunding the amount through the payment method you used for the purchase. Shipping will not be reimbursed.

Not at all! We use a fabric wall decal material that is made from woven fabric with a self-adhesive backing. The decals are reusable, removable, and repositionable! They are thin which allows them to sit flat on walls. They have a matte finish and are not shiny like vinyl.

Please allow regular paint to dry 2-3 weeks before decal application.

Every decal purchase includes care instructions to insure your decals have a long life.

Shipments to the United Kingdom are handled through ParcelForceWorldwide. PFW will collect the VAT (currently up to 25% of the goods) and a handling fee (£3~£8).

We notify all UK and Northern Ireland customers a message through Etsy detailing this additional shipping process, and the extra fees. We will ship your order once we have received confirmation that you are willing to accept the additional fees.
