❤How to Order
Please select your desired Mask Color and Text Color from dropdown menu, and then enter below detail in the "Add your personalization" Box:

- Your Custom Text (Name, Monogram etc, maximum 18 characters)
- Font Choice (If not specified, we will use font in FIRST listing image)

If the corresponding information is not specified by buyer, we will use the DEFAULT value.
 
We do not automatically send proofs. But please add "REQUEST PROOF" in the note section if you need one. If a proof is requested, the handling time will be extended for 3 to 5 business days, and if buyer doesn't respond to proof within 2 days we will proceed as ordered. If a proof is requested, the handling time will be extended for 3 to 5 business days.
 
❤Shipping
Standard shipping is 10-20 days to United States/United Kingdom/Canada/Australia and expedited Shipping is 3-5 days. Both options available at checkout. If proof requested, another 3-5 days will add to the handling time.
 
❤Return & Replacement
Due to the nature of customized products, we DO NOT accept return or replacement unless the item is proven to be faulty. Please read the listing description thoroughly and leave all necessary information (we will print exactly as you input so please pay attention to the spelling/caps). But please contact us if there's any question regarding your order.
