Ring sizes tools can show up to 1 size up or down different size, depending on the size tools used.

* Packages with value 2500$USD and more to USA - clients must fill out "Importer Identity Form" with in 7 days of the package arriving in the US in order to receive the package. This is automatic, standard procedure, not a charge.

* When returning an item shipping is 75$ not refundable.

We offer a 6 month warranty on all of our gold and diamond jewelry. If anything comes up - were always here to help you.

We can't be responsible for damage done to your jewelry by another jeweler. If you have a jeweler work on the jewelry in any way, example: ring sizing, your warranty is void.

There is no warranty for breakage/damage/loss for diamonds, gemstones or lab created stones. If you want your center stone or jewelry covered against theft, loss, damage, or more - You can insure your jewelry through your home owner's Insurance.

Our warranty applies only to the original buyer, and does not include shipping services.

- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 3 days after receiving the item. We will give you the return address and will refund the amount minus shipping once we receive the piece back.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
-We will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please note refusing to release package from customs have additional expenses we can not take into consideration.
