For a long time, my world felt like a mix of loud ADHD storms and the quiet shadows of anxiety and depression. I know what it’s like when the world feels too heavy or too fast. I know the struggle of wanting to be productive but feeling paralyzed by the "how."

But I also discovered something life-changing: Creativity is a superpower.

Why This Shop Exists
This shop isn't just about selling digital files; it’s about helping you navigate your own journey with a little more ease and a lot more joy. I started by turning my own therapy notes and coping strategies into tools that actually worked for a neurodivergent brain. But then I realized everyone deserves a spark of joy in their daily routine. Whether it’s a tool to tame the chaos, a journal to capture a miracle, or a creative printable that just makes you smile I create things that I wish I had when I was struggling the most.
