Hi, I'm Tina, the founder of ASA Compliance Co.
For the last 23 years, I've lived inside dental operations. My background started as a dental assistant in New York. I hold a bachelor’s degree in biological science. Today I serve as a Dental Operations Manager and Safety Liaison responsible for compliance and infection control across a multi-clinic dental group in Southern California.
I am an OSHA-authorized outreach trainer credentialed through UCSD. I hold DISIPC through DANB, developed with the Association for Dental Safety. I have spent the last two decades writing protocols, training teams, walking audits, and cleaning up the fallout when things weren't ready.
