5 out of 5 starsI have purchased from this seller twice in the past. The recipients were very happy and the customer service and shipping were prompt. With that said, not sure what happened with this order. Three days after I ordered, I messaged and asked for the shipping address to be changed. They were both in state (MA) addresses so there would be no issue with cost. The seller replied back a couple of days later that she got it! However, she still shipped it to the initial address. When I saw that it shipped I asked if the address was changed and I never heard back. I had to wait for the post office to update that the order was out for delivery to see it was shipped to the initial address. Not sure I will be ordering from here again which is unfortunate because I had such a positive experience the first time. :(
