What can I do if my order shows it was delivered by USPS, but I did not receive it?
First, check with your mail carrier and/or neighbors, in case it was delivered to the wrong address. Ask your local post office to look up the GPS scan and see where it was when it was marked delivered. Unfortunately, many times, packages are being stolen, and our shop cannot be held responsible for packages lost by the USPS, or stolen packages. Our best advice to you is keep track of your expected delivery day so you know when it is being delivered. Package theft is not covered by shipping insurance, and we're sorry, but we cannot replace stolen items at our expense.
