Systeme auf Expertenniveau. Aufwand auf Anfängerniveau.
Senior-level systems. Beginner-level effort.
Kein System. Kein Kalender. Keine Aufzeichnungen darüber, was funktioniert hat.

I've spent 13 years in corporate digital marketing. Twelve of them building and ranking websites — SEO strategy, content management, web design and development. Today I'm an email marketing director, and I still do the SEO and development work alongside it.
So I've spent over a decade inside the systems big companies use to run their marketing. The content calendars. The campaign trackers. The client reports. The planning docs someone actually opens on a Monday morning.
Here's the thing I kept noticing. The freelancers and small business owners I know are doing the same work I do — planning content, tracking what performed, reporting to clients — with none of the structure. No system. No calendar. No record of what worked. Just a notes app, a half-finished spreadsheet, and the constant low-grade feeling of being behind.
That isn't a skill gap. It's an infrastructure gap. Big teams don't outperform you because they're smarter. They outperform you because someone built them a system once, and now they just fill it in.
So that's what I make. I take the systems I use at a senior level and rebuild them for one person — fewer moving parts, nothing to configure, no dashboard you need a tutorial to understand. You type your numbers in and every rate, benchmark, and chart updates itself. No formulas. No tabs to wire together. Nothing to install.
Every planner here answers one question: what should I do next, and did the last thing work?
Each one opens in the browser you already have, works offline, and arrives with sample data already filled in so you can see exactly how it works before you type a thing. One-time purchase — no subscription, no login — and your data stays on your own computer. I never see it.
And unlike most planners at this price, the license covers your own client work, not just personal use.
Most of this gets built early mornings and after bedtime, around a full-time job and two small kids — which is exactly why everything here is designed to be useful in one sitting.
If something isn't working for you, message me. I answer my own messages, usually within a few hours.
