How long does it take for my commission to be completed?
It depends on where you are in the queue, but from beginning to end it will take a full week of work to sculpt, bake, sand and paint your sculpt. I may have a queue and have sculpts ahead. Please give 2-3 months if I have not updated you already please reach out.
How much is shipping?
Shipping for flat items are free in the US! Mini sculpt commissions, shipping is $15 within the United States. For larger projects it will be at least $25.
International shipping will be determined depending on your country.
I want to cancel my commission, but the artist has already started my commission
Depending on how early the commission is determines the amount of refund will be issued. If you need to cancel, you will be refunded with a 20% deposit fee deducted for my time and slot filled.
I want to upgrade my commission, how can I do this?
Anytime before I bake the sculpture, you can add to the commission. More objects, clothing, etc will cost $30 extra. Wings are +$20.
Will I receive updates on my commission?
Yes! I will send pics before I bake in case any changes need to be made. Please know I am working very hard and trying to be away from social media as often as possible. I will be able to update when I can! I understand you may be excited, but I can’t realistically update every hour or every day. I try to update at each “stage” of the sculpture commission. How tall are the Mini Character Sculpts?
Around 5-7inches tall! Bigger sculpts requested will require a price increase per inch.
My commission is completed but I’m not happy with the results!
If this unfortunately happened, I can try work with you to the best of my ability, but no refunds will be given at the end of a commission. I send updates and photos and the commissioner is responsible for letting the artist know if changes need to be made before baking. After the clay is hardened, it isn’t possible to go back to make huge changes. Painting changes of course can be changed after the clay is baked.
My sculpture had an accident and it broke! Can I get it fixed?
I can do free repairs up to 2 years! Buyer must pay shipping to and from me. After 2 years it will be $30 for repairs, depending on breakage. Anything that would need resculpting will require a $20 supply fee.
Can I combine my order with more purchases?
Of course! Want to order something else while commissioning me? I can combine the order so you still only pay shipping for one package.
I need my commission done by a specific date! Can I get a rush order?
I try my best to get commissions complete before a specific date, but please don’t ask me to rush a commission. I don’t like putting others commissions ahead of someone else’s. Please be patient.
