Custom and personalized orders
We offer custom logo printing and logo design services on our products.
To submit your logo or design request:
1.Send your logo or design idea via Etsy messages in JPEG or PNG format.
2.Include your order number so we can match it with your order.
We’re always happy to help if you have any questions!
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Every order is shipped with a tracking number. You can find it on your order page. Please allow 2–4 days for the tracking to start updating.
What if there’s an issue with my item when I receive it?
We’re truly sorry if that happens — we want every customer to be happy with their purchase.
Each item is carefully checked before shipping, but if your product arrives damaged or there’s any issue, please send us a message with a photo and a brief description. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly for you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all items, includingpersonalized or engraved products.- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value ifitems are not returned in their original condition.- If you need to process a return or exchange, please contact us via Etsymessages, and we'll gladly assist!
