Do you offer White Glove Shipping
Yes! For larger furniture pieces, we arrange white-glove delivery through trusted independent carriers (such as uShip freight professionals). Delivery includes handling and placement inside your home. Drivers are experienced in transporting furniture safely.
How long will shipping take?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier’s route. Most white-glove shipments arrive in 2–4 weeks after pickup. Once booked, you will receive:

What if my item(s) arrive damaged?

I will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Because these are one-of-a-kind pieces, replacements may not be possible, but I will make every effort to help with resolution.
Are all sales final?
Yes. Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, all sales are final, including custom and ready-to-ship items.

Custom and personalized orders
Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. You can send photos of your vision or let us design something special for you. Once a design and price are approved:
A non-refundable deposit (or full payment) is required to begin
All custom orders are final sale
What if I change my mind after ordering
If the item has not yet shipped or work has not begun on a custom piece, I may be able to cancel your order. Please message me as soon as possible.
Once an item is in transit or custom work has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
Do Vintage pieces have imperfections
Yes — and that’s what makes them beautiful! Many pieces have original character such as minor dents, distressing, or natural aging.
I always highlight notable imperfections in photos and descriptions.
Please review carefully before buying if this is important to you.
Will my pieces be protected and sealed
Yes! Every piece is sealed with high-quality, durable finishes to protect your furniture for years of enjoyment. Depending on when your item ships, the finish may be fully cured or still within the 30-day curing period. If still curing, the surface will be dry and safe to handle—just treat gently while the finish hardens. Please avoid placing heavy or sharp items directly on the surface, use coasters or felt pads, and keep away from moisture, heat, and harsh cleaners during the curing process. Once cured, your piece can be used normally.
