Can I change my address after placing an order?
You can make address changes up to two hours after placing your order.
Do you accept changes, cancellations or returns?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is not the size you ordered (i.e., was mislabeled). Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it. PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color. If you are unsure which size would fit you best, please refer to our sizing charts; we have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and from top to bottom and compare them.
How long will it take for my product to arrive?
It takes us between 2 and 5 days to produce and ship products. Then, you have to add the shipping time, which is between 5 and 7 business days, which is the average time it takes to reach you.
