Custom and personalized orders
Returns on drawing commission:
1. Should the buyer change their mind after purchase and no sketch/proof had yet to be made, the buyer will receive a full refund.
2. Should buyer no longer desire the drawing AFTER a sketch/proof has been approved/made, the buyer will only receive 50% of the total purchased.
3. There is NO refund after drawing is completed and shipped.
Returns regarding custom jewelry/crafts:
1. Due to the nature of the order, only a 50% refund will be given if order is cancelled after 48 hours.
2. No refund given after the custom item is made and/or shipped.
Sizing details
All jewelry can be modified to either be lengthened or shortened to the better fit the buyer's needs/size. Please make a note in the "note to seller" box.
