DICHLAB...Went way beyond to help me design what I wanted on my medallion coin. I couldn't be happier. I sent in a Photo and was expecting a email proof back in a few days. With in 20 minutes I received a proof of the design, it was exactly like the photo I sent. Unbelievable! I was actually surprised this could be done so clearly, in this much detail and using metal alloy. Blows me away in a sense. Quality Superb, The feel is heavy weight metal medallion encased in a clear lexan case, plus printer on both sides, which I didn't expect. Usually the other side is there logo. Matched my photo sent exactly, I couldn't be happier. Shipping and Handling was quick, within days. Start to finish was the quickest I ever had. Dichlab overall value...SECOND TO NONE.
