I was shocked to see how bad delivery services have become. I paid from my end $20 for the ups to send it that they said it would get there by Dec 24. ups gets almost half the revenue because to make etsy happy I only charge 6$ for the transport and eat the difference. I see Amazon and Fed ex are way way slower than they used to be also. I think it’s good to talk about it so customers can push back when delivery companies jack up costs and then reduce service quality to make extra profit. I’m so glad you liked my artwork and are happy with it. I try to do my best from my end to make a nice experience for everyone.
