Meet the Artist
Hi! My name is Denizcan Özbaş. I’m a doll artist and portrait painter based in Turkey, and this little shop is where my lifelong passions come to life.
Ever since I was a child, I’ve felt a deep connection to dolls, art, nature, and animals. I began drawing realistic portraits when I was just 11 years old, and art quickly became a way for me to express emotions and connect with the world around me.
Although I later pursued a degree in Bulgarian Language and Literature — completing both my bachelor’s and master’s studies — my heart never truly left the world of art. After graduation, I finally had the chance to return to my childhood dreams. I picked up my brushes again, but this time, to repaint dolls and give them entirely new expressions, stories, and souls.
What began as a personal passion slowly turned into a small business, thanks to the encouragement of those around me. Today, I specialize in creating custom portrait dolls and one-of-a-kind art dolls, each crafted with care, emotion, and a deep appreciation for individuality.
My home studio is filled with the joy and love of my three beloved pets: Foks, my golden retriever whom we adopted as a one-month-old puppy; Fındık, my sweet little pinscher who found me in a park; and a beautiful albino bird who brightens my days. They are my daily inspiration and companions in every step of this creative journey.
