I warmly welcome thoughtful customization requests to help make an existing Ennée Perle design feel uniquely yours. Whether it’s a change in length, metal finish, pearl selection, or another special detail, share your vision with me. Please allow a 2-week lead time for completion. ✨

Ennée Perle Custom Order Policy:
Every custom piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made specially for you. Please allow time for material sourcing and handcrafting. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all custom and special order purchases are final sale.

**International Buyers:** If your order is for a wedding or another time-sensitive event, I highly recommend ordering **at least 2 months in advance**. Customs processing times vary by country and can sometimes add several weeks to delivery. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of my control once your package has been shipped. **POLICIES**

Please Review Your Selection Before Ordering:
Many Ennée Perle pieces offer different styles, lengths, metal choices, and variations. Please carefully review your selections before checkout, as your piece is handcrafted based on the options chosen at purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:
At Ennée Perle, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order with care. I want you to love your jewelry, and I gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery for U.S. orders and 14 days of delivery for international orders. Please contact me within the applicable timeframe to request a return.

** Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging included.
** Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for both U.S. and international orders. Original shipping charges paid by the buyer are non-refundable.
** Return shipping labels are not provided for returns or exchanges due to selecting the incorrect style, size, metal option, or variation at checkout.
* If you would like to change to a different style, metal option, or variation, your request may be processed as a return and reorder since different designs and materials may have different prices.
* Once the original item is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you may place a new order for your preferred selection.

Damaged Items or Order Errors:
* If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery for U.S. orders or 14 days of delivery for international orders, along with photos of the item and packaging. I will review the issue and work with you to determine the best resolution.

Shipping:
* Once an order has been shipped, Ennée Perle is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
* International buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Refund:
* Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
