A pathway to a creative, intentional life
Me apasiona crear una marca en la que las mujeres puedan confiar y en la que puedan verse (¡y encontrarse!). pasatiempo creativo en el que podría volcarme. Recién estaba sobrio, en un viaje de crecimiento personal, y descubrí que la creatividad era una salida necesaria para sentirme realizado y en contacto conmigo mismo. Siempre me ha atraído la idea de motivar a otras mujeres, y decidí que quería escribir sobre temas que me importaban: manejo de emociones difíciles, cuidado personal, creatividad, relaciones más saludables, vida intencional. Escribo directamente a las mujeres sobre temas que nos afectan a todos: complacer a las personas, sentirse emocionalmente exhaustos, luchar por encontrarse a sí mismos, perseguir nuestras pasiones y más. Empecé a escribir pequeños libros electrónicos y libros de trabajo para ayudar a las mujeres a ponerse en contacto consigo mismas y con lo que quieren de la vida. Tengo una comunidad muy unida en las redes sociales y descubro que las mujeres que he conocido en mi viaje creativo también están en sus propios viajes creativos. ¡Ha sido una experiencia hermosamente gratificante y estoy ansiosa por ver qué sigue para Female Mind Unleashed!
I am passionate about building a brand women can rely on, trust, and see (and find!) themselves in. The Female Mind Unleashed website started as a gift to myself for my birthday over four years ago because I was in dire need of a creative hobby that I could pour myself into. I was newly sober, on a personal growth journey, and found creativity to be a necessary outlet for me to feel fulfilled and in touch with myself. I've always been attracted to the idea of motivating other women, and decided I wanted to write about topics that mattered to me: managing hard emotions, self-care, creativity, healthier relationships, intentional living. I write directly to women on issues that impact all of us: people pleasing, feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling to find self, pursuing our passions, and more. I started writing small eBooks and workbooks to help women get in touch with themselves and what they want from life. I have a close-knit community on social media, and find that the women I've met on my creative journey are on their own creative journeys, too. It's been a beautifully rewarding experience, and I'm eager to see what comes next for Female Mind Unleashed!
