Best customer service I have ever had on Etsy! From the beginning, this shop worked with me on a custom tailored jacket and didn’t charge extra for it and got it made and sent very quickly. Unfortunately once the jacket got to the United States customs took a long time and then the shipper lost the item, but the shop was incredibly quick to answer all my questions and do everything they could to find the item or replace it. Eventually we found the item in shipping and I was so pleased with the quality and cut just to the measurements I asked for!
