I think we may start offering options going forward for which way they want the flag facing. We tend to triple check before packing to make sure this doesn't happen, but we will take that feedback and look into making sure going forward it doesnt happen. How do I clean my 3D printed item?
Gently hand-wash with mild soap and lukewarm water using a soft cloth, then air-dry away from direct heat, sunlight, or long exposure to UV unless product details specify otherwise. Avoid dishwashers, harsh chemicals, microwaves, submerging for long periods, or temperatures exceeding PLA's melting/deforming point around 140°F (60°C) to preserve shape, color, and finish.
