4 out of 5 starsI probably should have read more clearly before purchasing. I was hoping to use these as png borders, but the background was white. I did not realize they would be white.

Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately once you download the files we cannot offer any returns or exchanges. If you haven't downloaded the files (which is visible to us through etsy) then we can organise a return or exchange.
Computer requirements
It is your responsibility to have software which can open up or import the file type mentioned in each listing.
JPEGs / PNGs (raster/images):
You will be able to import these into a word processing software such as Microsoft Word, image manipulation or page layout software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Indesign, or use in a digital capacity such as on websites.
EPS (vector):
If you want to manipulate the images you will need software such as Adobe illustrator. If you don't need to manipulate the images then you can import the files into page layout software such as Adobe Indesign or Quark, or image manipulation software such as Adobe Photoshop.
Custom and personalised orders
For most of the items available we can customise the colours or size on one or all elements in a listing. Any other customisation, please ask – we are usually able to accommodate you.
THE PROCESS
1. A quote will be given to you on application (usually within 24hours).
2. Once you approve the quoted cost we will go ahead and create the artwork.
3. A proof in the form of a jpeg will be sent to you for your approval.
4. Once the proof is approved we will upload the final art in a custom listing to Etsy where you can securely pay and download the file immediately.

• If you'd like to use commercially, please purchase the "Extended Commercial License" (US$10) from this store. See below for terms of license.
EPS
• These files come with the Extended Commercial License – no need to buy an additional license. See below for terms of license.
EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE
• This gives you one license to use the item purchased Royalty Free – as much as you want on any commercial project.
• It does NOT give you the ability to redistribute or resell the digital file.
• The extended commercial license is not transferrable.
• Fizzy Images retains the design copyright of these images. It does not transfer with the purchase.
