The bag is excellent but the strap and pad do not make much sense. I have asked them for assistance a couple of times with no response. The only way I have been able to communicate with this store was through Facebook Messenger and that is spotty at best. My last message to them was October 10 and today is December 12. For the cost of the product you would think you would get a timely response. If I were to do it again I probably wouldn't order this product. Good luck if you choose to order the same product.
