Google Sheets or Excel?
Both. The file is .xlsx. In Excel (2016 and newer, Windows and Mac) it opens as is. For Google Sheets: upload the file to Google Drive, open it, then File > Save as Google Sheets. All formulas, progress bars and charts work; if a yellow cell loses its dropdown arrow during conversion, the included PDF shows how to restore it in 10 seconds. It also opens in Apple Numbers (charts may look slightly different). Every purchase includes a one-page PDF with these steps.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Yes, through the Google Sheets or Excel app once the file is saved to your Drive or OneDrive. Every file has a Phone tab: the key numbers on one narrow screen, so you do not have to scroll a wide dashboard sideways. Typing is easier on a computer, checking numbers is fine on a phone.
I typed something and a formula disappeared. What now?
In Excel the sheets are protected without a password, so only the yellow cells accept typing. In Google Sheets formulas are not locked: type only in the yellow cells, and if a formula disappears press Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac), download the file again from your Etsy purchases page (the link does not expire), or message me and I will send a fresh copy.
Can I change categories, currency or add rows?
Yes. Categories live on the Lists tab and feed every dropdown. Amounts are plain numbers in your own currency, nothing is converted. Tables are pre-built with 300 to 1000 rows; if you need more, message me and I will extend the file for you.
Do I get updates?
Yes. When a file is improved, the download in your Etsy purchases page is replaced with the new version, free. Every listing also includes a blank copy of the file, so you can start clean or keep the sample data as a guide.
Refunds?
The files are delivered instantly, so I don't offer refunds for a change of mind. If the file doesn't work as described on your setup, message me first: I fix it, usually within a few hours, or refund the order.
Can I share or resell the file?
The file is for your personal use or your own business. Please do not share, resell or repost it. If a friend wants a copy, send them the listing link: it helps a small shop a lot.
Was AI used to make these?
No. The spreadsheets, formulas, images and text are made by me, and every file is checked in Excel and Google Sheets before it goes up.
