星 5 個のうち 5 個I love the shirt and the quality is great! Pretty comfy! Only downside was how long I had to wait to get it. I ordered towards the beginning of December and just received it about a week ago. End of February! I finally reached out to the shop and eventually got a response saying she was behind and ran into some issues but my purchase was in the works. Although it took forever, I know things happen, I’d definitely still purchase from this shop! Thanks so much for the great shirt! 😊

I reached out to the seller about a month out and got a message about some unforeseen circumstances and then I reached out again asking about the ETA several weeks later and got the same exact message. I had to say I was going to dispute charges with my bank to get it shipped. So if you don’t mind paying for an item and not seeing it for three months you’ll love it.

I received my order today and not all my items are here, where is the rest of my order?
Multiple items may be shipped separately.
We do our best to message each customer if items are shipped separately, but sometimes your item is shipped and delivered before we can send you a message. Etsy only allows us to attach one tracking number per order, and once the first item ships your order is automatically marked as complete. We promise all your items are on the way! Please send us a message if you have any concerns about your order.
The design/pattern doesn't look the same as the photo! What's going on?
Most of our orders are shipped directly from our printer. There may be a print error on your product. If the design does not look right or doesn't match the listing photo. Please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you a replacement immediately.
Are the designs heat transfer/vinyl?
We use DTG printing. DTG printing stands for Direct-to-Garment printing, which is a modern printing method that allows you to print full-color designs directly onto fabrics, such as t-shirts, hoodies, and other garments.
DTG printing uses advanced digital printing technology, which allows for high-quality prints with a high level of detail and accuracy.
