Message me with the name of the pattern you would like to have crocheted for you and I will send you an estimated price and timeline of completion. If you wish to proceed from there I will create a custom listing for you to purchase. Work will not begin on your custom order until the listing has been purchased.

Production time can vary greatly depending on the item chosen, quantity of items, or number of custom orders in my queue. I will always provide the most up to date information for you.

I do not accept cancellations or returns nor issue refunds for digital items.

I do accept cancellations for custom physical item orders up to any point before the order is shipped out. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation.

I do accept returns for custom physical item orders up to fourteen days after item is marked as delivered and the item must be shipped back within thirty days after item is marked as delivered. A shipping label will be created for you and the item must be returned to me to receive a refund. The item must be returned in unwashed, unworn, and/or undamaged condition. If these conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued.

I do accept cancellations for custom physical item orders that have been personalized up to any point before the order ships out.

I do not accept returns for custom physical item orders that have been personalized with any names, birth dates, anniversary dates, or other personal details. Mock ups and progress photos will be shared during the creation process to make sure your item is to your specifications before dispatch.

All C2C crochet patterns were designed for worsted medium weight yarn.

However, if you would like to make any of the C2C blankets in a smaller size for infants/toddlers, using DK/sport weight yarn and a G/6 - 4.25mm hook will produce smaller, lighter blanket more suitable for babies and younger children.
