How do I place a custom order?
Send us a message with what you’re looking for — include details like quantity, size, theme, and deadline. We’ll confirm availability, pricing, and next steps before moving forward.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. If you need help creating your design, we can assist. Just let us know upfront so we can include design time in your order.
Custom and personalized orders
Turnaround times vary depending on the item and quantity. Most orders are completed within 3–7 business days after design approval. Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule
Do you send proofs before printing?
Yes. We send a digital proof for approval before production begins. Please review carefully — once approved, we print exactly as confirmed.

Absolutely. Just make sure your file is high resolution (PNG, PDF, or SVG preferred). If we notice any quality issues, we’ll let you know before printing.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once production has started. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, we ship within the United States. If you’re located elsewhere, send us a message and we’ll see what options are available.
