5 von 5 SternenIch war mir nicht sicher, ob ich das wirklich nutzen würde, aber es hat sich als genau richtig erwiesen. Die Seiten sind übersichtlich gestaltet. Ich schreibe einfach meine Gewichte und Wiederholungen auf und sehe dann viel leichter, wo ich mich verbessere. Ich habe sogar angefangen, persönliche Bestleistungen anzustreben, weil ich zurückblättern und sehen kann, was ich letzte Woche gemacht habe. Nichts Besonderes, es erfüllt einfach seinen Zweck und hält mich konstant.
