This Privacy Policy explains how LuckylooStudio handles information when you purchase, download, or use my digital Google Sheets templates, including templates that use Google Apps Script and third-party APIs to fetch book or movie cover images.

1. Information I receive through Etsy

When you make a purchase from my Etsy shop, Etsy may provide me with limited order information needed to complete the transaction and provide customer support. This may include your Etsy username, name, email address, order details, and any messages you send through Etsy.

I use this information only to:

* Fulfill your order
* Provide customer support
* Respond to questions or technical issues
* Resolve order issues, refunds, or disputes
* Comply with Etsy’s policies and applicable legal obligations

I do not add Etsy buyers to email lists, send unsolicited marketing messages, sell buyer information, or use buyer information for unrelated purposes.

2. Digital template use

My products are digital Google Sheets templates. After purchase, you may copy or use the template in your own Google account.

Unless you choose to share your spreadsheet with me for support, I do not have access to the personal data, entries, books, movies, notes, budgets, trackers, or other information you add to your copy of the template.

Your spreadsheet content remains in your own Google account and is controlled by you.

3. Google Apps Script permissions

Some templates include Google Apps Script features, such as buttons, menus, automation, or API calls. When you run these features, Google may ask you to authorize certain permissions.

Depending on the template, these permissions may allow the script to:

* Read or update the specific spreadsheet template
* Run functions inside the spreadsheet
* Connect to external services to retrieve book or movie cover information
* Display dialogs, menus, or app-like features inside the spreadsheet

These permissions are used only to make the template function as described. I do not use these permissions to access your personal Google account, read unrelated files, or collect your private data.

You are responsible for reviewing Google’s permission screen before authorizing the script. You can remove script permissions from your Google account settings at any time.

## 4. Third-party APIs used for covers and media information

Some templates may connect to third-party APIs to automatically retrieve cover images or related public metadata.

These may include:

**Google Books API**, used to search for book information and book cover images
**Wikipedia/Wikimedia APIs**, used to search for movie-related public information or cover/poster images where available

When these features are used, the template may send limited search terms to those services, such as:

* Book title
* Author name
* ISBN
* Movie title
* Movie year or other search keywords

These search terms are sent only so the template can retrieve relevant public cover images or metadata. I do not control how Google, Wikipedia, Wikimedia, or other third-party services process API requests. Their own privacy policies and terms apply.

## 5. Information I do not collect

I do not intentionally collect or store:

* Your full spreadsheet contents
* Your Google account password
* Your payment card details
* Sensitive personal information
* Private files from your Google Drive
* Data from unrelated spreadsheets or documents
* Your personal book, movie, finance, client, or tracking entries unless you voluntarily share them with me for support

Payments are processed through Etsy. I do not receive or store your full payment information.

6. Customer support

If you contact me for help, you may choose to send screenshots, spreadsheet samples, error messages, or a temporary/shared copy of your file.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. If you share a file with me for troubleshooting, I will use it only to help resolve your issue. You may remove my access at any time.

7. Data sharing

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

I may share limited information only when necessary to:

* Complete an Etsy transaction
* Respond to Etsy support, cases, or disputes
* Comply with legal obligations
* Protect my rights, shop, or customers
* Use trusted services required to operate the shop, such as Etsy, Google, or API providers

8. Data retention

I retain Etsy order and message information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer support, shop records, tax/accounting purposes, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Information stored in your own Google account or spreadsheet is controlled by you. I cannot delete or access your personal spreadsheet data unless you have shared it with me.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information.

For information held by Etsy, you should contact Etsy directly or use your Etsy account privacy tools.

For information you have shared directly with me through Etsy messages or support, you may contact me through Etsy to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

For data inside your own Google Sheets copy, you control that data through your Google account.

10. Children’s privacy

My products are intended for general audiences and are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Buyers should use Etsy and Google services in accordance with those platforms’ age requirements and policies.

11. Security

I take reasonable care to protect buyer information I receive through Etsy. However, no online service, spreadsheet, script, or API connection can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please avoid entering highly sensitive information into templates unless you are comfortable storing that information in your own Google account.

12. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to my products, APIs, Etsy requirements, or applicable laws. The updated version will be posted in my Etsy shop policies or otherwise made available to customers.
