Ho scoperto la mia passione per la pittura intorno ai vent'anni. In quel periodo, gestivo persino un negozio di articoli per hobbisti dove tenevo diversi corsi di arte e artigianato. I miei corsi preferiti in assoluto erano sempre quelli di pittura, dove le persone potevano rilassarsi, dare sfogo alla creatività e godersi il processo di creazione di qualcosa con le proprie mani.

Dopo diversi anni meravigliosi, alla fine ho chiuso il negozio e, con l'aumentare degli impegni, la pittura è gradualmente passata in secondo piano.

Qualche anno fa, mio marito mi ha ricordato quanto amassi dipingere. Per Natale, quattro anni fa, mi ha fatto una sorpresa regalandomi tele, pennelli e colori. Si è rivelato uno dei regali più belli che mi abbia mai fatto (anche se forse lui non sarebbe d'accordo!). Quel regalo ha riacceso la mia creatività e mi ha ispirato a ricominciare a dipingere.

Da allora, dipingo ogni volta che ne ho l'occasione. Lo trovo incredibilmente rilassante e adoro sperimentare con colori e tecniche diverse. Una delle cose che mi piace di più è creare finiture uniche utilizzando una varietà di strumenti: dai pennelli tradizionali alle spugne, dal pluriball alle salviettine umidificate per neonati.

Dipingere mi dà tantissima gioia e adoro condividere questa creatività con gli altri attraverso i disegni e i kit di pittura che offro.

I discovered my love of painting in my twenties. During that time, I even owned a craft supply shop where I taught a variety of arts and crafts classes. My absolute favorite classes were always the paint sessions, where people could relax, be creative, and enjoy the process of making something with their own hands.

After several wonderful years, I eventually closed the shop, and as life became busier, painting slowly faded into the background.

A few years ago, my husband reminded me just how much I loved it. For Christmas four years ago, he surprised me with canvases, brushes, and paints. It turned out to be one of the best gifts he has ever given me (though he might not agree!). That gift rekindled my creativity and inspired me to start painting again.

Since then, I’ve been painting every chance I get. I find it incredibly relaxing and love experimenting with different colors and techniques. One of the things I enjoy most is creating unique finishes using a variety of tools—everything from traditional brushes to sponges, bubble wrap, and even baby wipes.

Painting brings me so much joy, and I love sharing that creativity with others through the designs I offer and paint kits.
