Then simply navigate to your order and select download files.



From an 𝐢𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐄, after you locate your order, click on the tiny grey arrow in the upper right-hand corner, then scroll down to "download files" which will take you to the Downloads page for the files attached to your order.



Please note that at this time, the Etsy app does not allow you to download a digital purchase. To download your files, sign into Etsy.com on your computer or mobile phone browser.

Your receipt email from Etsy will have a link to download your purchase. Be sure to check your spam or Social/Promotions tab in Gmail!



𝐀 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬

If your download includes a PDF with a Google Drive link due to the large size be sure to use the Google Drive download button (upper right corner) to access the high-resolution file. Download the zip-file first and extract it on your desktop (right click, „extract“, if it doesn’t happen automatically). Do not right-click to save as this will just save the low-resolution thumbnail. To access you 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 need a Google Drive account.

INCLUDED ASPECT RATIOS
Your download includes four high-resolution 300dpi files in the below sizes:

2:3 ratio JPG (prints 20x30in, 16x24in, 12x18in, 8x12in, 4x6in)
4:5 ratio JPG (prints 16x20in, 8x10in, 4x5in)
ISO JPG | 5x7 ratio (prints A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 - largest is 33.11x46.81in)
11x14 JPG (prints 11x14in)



SIMPLE DIY RESIZING
Check your "Read First" guide to help identify which size ratio to use for your desired print. Please remember to not print bigger than the largest size included, or the quality might be compromised. 


For ratios not included, you can also use the closet-sized file to print the size you need (up to the largest size included). If you are using an online print service, upload the closest sized file and the image will be auto-cropped to fit the dimensions. You should then be able to edit the image and position it to your desired final look.

WHICH PAPER TO PRINT ON
I recommend premium matte paper as it’s age-resistant and glare-free. I don’t recommend standard copy machine paper or glossy finish - but of course you decide based on your own preference!
